Local Wedding

We celebrated the wedding of a good friend. He is the one that took us to volleyball for the first time over a year ago. Even when he stopped going, we continued and still go weekly for our date night on Saturday evenings. We have really grown to love this group! They are so much fun! Weddings here are full of food, loud music, and dancing. Lots of dancing. You eat and dance. On repeat. All night!

It was FREEZING in there, so I wore Phil's suit coat most of the evening. 

John is 7!

Our little guy turned 7!  He is getting so tall, just like his sisters. John is a sweet boy who hugs everyone and loves everyone. He has lots of emotions which range from very happy to very sad.  He feels deeply! We love this boy and are so thankful for his life! He had a breakfast date with mommy, lunch with our friends, and homemade pizza at home with his friend. We then went to Megafun, a kids' arcade play area. We ended with dirt cake and presents.
